Designed and executed a 12,300 sq. ft. five-bedroom private villa in Maharashtra, India. Conceived as a contemporary Goan-style home, the villa integrates relaxed indoor–outdoor living with dedicated leisure spaces, including a game room and a TV room. The design blends regional architectural cues, natural materials and warm textures with modern spatial planning to create a home that feels both rooted and refined.
